Asphalt Booster Heat Exchanger
Our booster heat exchangers are used to increase the temperature of asphalt cement as it flows through the unit.
Asphalt Metering & Calbration
Asphalt metering systems provide continuous metering of asphalt cement while making HMA at drum mix plants. We offer two types of metering systems.

We offer two types of melters to change solidified asphalt cement into liquid asphalt cement. One is known as a hot box. The other is known as a barrel melter.

Asphalt Fume Condenser
Our fume condensers are used in vents of asphalt tanks to condense gas vapors (known as blue smoke) present in liquid asphalt. Condensing the vapors turns them into a liquid that drains back into the tank.
Controls
We design and make the controls for our heaters, tanks, polymer systems and related products. Advanced controls for our automated systems are computerized and employ PLCs.
Expansion Tanks & Pump Skids
Expansion tanks are necessary for use in thermal fluid systems. The expansion tank collects the overflow of thermal fluid created as its volume expands due to heating.
Fuel Preheaters
We make a variety of fuel preheaters that can be customized to your needs. They are widely used at HMA plants and asphalt terminals.
Polymer Blending Systems
Non-portable polymer and rubber blending systems are used mainly at asphalt terminals and emulsion plants. Portable systems are used at job sites in the field.
