Rebuilt pumps have been completely disassembled. All parts are sandblasted and cleaned. All damaged parts are replaced — with brand new ones if necessary. Pumps are fitted with brand-new seals, gaskets and bearings. After reassembly, they are painted with high-temperature aluminum paint and filled with acid-free lithium grease.
