STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities include providing calculations for all structural related issues including wind loading, seismic requirements and structural integrity. Providing ASME code calculations on pipe coils and pressure vessels. Although structural and code calculations will be the primary responsibility, the Structural Engineer will also be required to: Design industrial heating equipment. Define process and P&ID diagrams. Participate in work order meetings with internal and external customers. Provide detailed drawings and BOM’s to manufacturing. Assist the Director of Engineering and Engineering Managers in all duties.
A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred. Training or experience in Structural Design & Calculations is required. The ideal candidate will have education, training or experience in some of the following areas; Pressure Vessel Design & Calculations, Heat transfer, Project Management, Piping Design, Stress analysis, ASME Code, AutoCAD, Inventor 3D design.
Computer skills are a must. Successful applicant will have experience with AutoCAD 2004 or higher and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & Outlook). Experience with FEA software preferred. Knowledge of 3D drawing software would be helpful, preferably AutoDesk Inventor.
Individual must be a Team Player, Self Motivated and Organized. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and accomplish all in order to meet various schedules. Some travel (<15%) may be required.

ENGINEERING TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
The successful candidate must have experience working in a manufacturing environment. He/she will be familiar with quality control documentation, product data sheets, project scheduling, ASME code requirements, weld procedures, etc. This person must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer. The ideal candidate will have AutoCAD and/or Inventor experience and will be able to read P&ID’s and mechanical drawings. This person should also be familiar with Visual Manufacturing. One year or more of experience in related position required. Individual must be a Team Player, Self Motivated, Organized, Creative and able to meet deadlines. This person must be able to interact professionally with customers, vendors, contractors and other Heatec personnel. The Engineering Technical Assistant will perform the following job functions:
- Prepare and/or organize job specific documentation
- Obtain data sheets and other information from vendors
- Develop data sheets for Heatec equipment
- Prepare and distribute data books and other customer or Heatec required documentation
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of IOM manuals
- Track status of documentation
- Produce, modify and/or check drawings as directed by Management
- Spend time in the shop collecting and/or confirming information
- Assist the Director of Engineering and Engineering Managers with various tasks

WELDER/FITTER
A qualified applicant should able to perform calculations and operations with mathematical data, properly use a variety of hand tools and devices, and be able to read and interpret blue prints. Also should able to join and repair metal and other weld able material by applying welding techniques. And should be able to lay out, install, and maintain piping systems. Three (3) years manufacturing experience required.

ASME CODE WELDER/FITTER
Same qualifications as Welder/Fitter above with Certification in ASME code welds to pass X-ray in one or more of the following applications; Tig, Stick, or Flux Core. Three (3) years experience required.

INDUSTRIAL JANITOR
Individual must have a valid driver license and able to operate forklift equipment. Six months janitorial experience in a manufacturing facility required. Some job requirements include; collecting garbage throughout the entire plant, cleaning of restrooms and ordering supplies as needed while inspecting some safety equipment upon request. (First Shift)

This is a full time position. A high school diploma or GED is required. Applicant must have knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet. Must be able to work independently without supervision and assist other departments with overflow work. Also must be a team player, have good work behavior and be punctual. Knowledge of sending Fed-Ex and UPS a plus. (First Shift)
